Agree, tough situations test you and bring the best out. It will make you and your close family stronger. Every experience is an opportunity to learn. If we think this way - we can face the challenges better.

Interesting point. Have you noticed though, you will feel as if you are suffering only in a situation in which the out come is not productive or atleast you feel there is nothing you accomplish going through that particular situation

But looking at the big picture any situation we go through they are learning experiances. They are opportunity for us to learn... to be better human beings... to grow... to push oursleves to the next level... So if you look in terms of that any difficulty we go through the outcome is going to be good for us. There are seeds of greatness hiding in each negative situation we go through, only thing we need to do is to search a bit more and find it... May it be a sick child you have to take care of or your own sickness... You will find greatness in the situation... Its a challenge for you to grow to be better

Major branches of Yoga include: Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Raja Yoga. Raja Yoga also called as Asthanga yoga has eight limbs - the ones you mentioned. Thank you for the comment.
